Meat Balls filled with Feta Cheese and Herbs

500gr Ground Minced Meat Beef / Pork
2 Eggs
A packet of Feta Cheese
Fresh Basil, salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice to season

A packet of Feta Cheese
Fresh Basil, salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice to season
Instructions:
In a bowl combine together all ingredients and mix well, using spoon and then your hands.
Roll and form small balls of equal size.
Either fry in olive oil or bake in the oven (180oC) as desired.
Squeeze lemon juice over plate before serving.
