UK Mainland 1-2 Day delivery
....Orders placed before 10am, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the
same day, and those placed after 10am will be despatched the following
day.
Please be advised that Day 1 is the day after despatch. Deliveries are
made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm and will by by Courier. The following
Post Codes are not applicable, HS1-9, IV40-51,55-56,KA 27-28,
KW15-17, PA20,34,41-48,60-78, PH42-44, PO30-39, TR21-25, ZE1-3 these
will all be sent by Royal Mail and may take up to 7 working days for delivery.

A signature is required for ALL
orders. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel
between 8am and 6pm. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed
for, like your place of work.
If a signature is not obtained for your parcel, a card will be placed
through your door, then it will be returned to your local City-Link depot
and an attempt to re-deliver will be made the following working day. After
this your parcel will be held for a further 5 days awaiting your instructions
before being returned to us. If you still require your parcel delivered,
having already attempted 2 deliveries, there will be an additional charge
of £3.25.
Please Note: Mail orders paid
for by cheque will be held for 5 days to await clearance.

on these delivery times as we are relying on third parties to deliver your
goods. Consistently over 95% of our despatches arrive within the stated
time, but for those which take longer, please give us a call and we'll do
our utmost to sort you out.
