milk protein, white egg powder, wheat flour, flavor, fiber, potassium chlorure, salt, raising agent : sodium carbonate, dicalcic phosphate and diphosphate, calcium sulfate, anti-caking agent : silicium dioxide, coloring agent : beta carotene and apo carotenal.
ALLERGENS : Milk, Egg, Soy, Gluten. . Made on equipment on which are also processed: celery
Mixing directions :
1 – Empty one packet in a bowl
2 – Add slowly 110 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolve
3 – Let stand for 1 to 3 minutes
4 – Put a non-adhesive pan in to heat and humidify it with an oil drop
5 – Pour your mix (or just half if you want 2 pancakes) into the hot pan and cook it over a fast heat on both sides during about 1 minute
6 – Eat in a short period of time.
