INGREDIENTS

1 pound low-carb fettuccine, broken into small pieces
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
225 grams granular sugar substitute
3 large eggs
1/2 pint sour cream
170 grams pecans, roughly chopped
115 grams unsalted butter, melted

METHOD

1. Grease a 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Beat eggs and gradually mixed into cream cheese.

3. Fold in other ingredients. Put in baking dish and place in heated oven.
