500g Ground Minced Meat Beef/Pork
A packet of Feta Cheese
Fresh Basil, salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice to season
In a bowl combine together all ingredients and mix well, using spoon and then your hands.
Roll and form small balls of equal size.
Either fry in olive oil or bake in the oven (180 degrees C) as desired.
Squeeze lemon juice over plate before serving.
Serve with Greek salad or other steamed vegetables.
